Terms & Conditions — ber177 Platform Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ber177 website accessible at ber177.app, including all subpages, features, games, betting markets, and associated services.
• "ber177" refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the ber177 Platform and is aged 18 years or above.
• "Account" means the unique registered account held by a Player on the ber177 Platform, identified by a mobile number and secured by a password.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the ber177 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, or other incentive made available to Players at ber177's discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

Access to the ber177 Platform and participation in any game, bet, or promotional offer is subject to the following eligibility conditions being met in full. ber177 reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at any time and without prior notice.

The submission of false, misleading, or third-party identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ber177 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ber177 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processing partners.

Registration is completed by providing the required details via the ber177 registration interface and confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ber177 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ber177 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ber177 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Allowing a third party to access or operate your account — whether for any reason — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must notify ber177 immediately if you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Notification must be made via the official support contact at [email protected].
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, deposits initiated, or withdrawals requested, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally.
• ber177 reserves the right to suspend or freeze an account pending investigation where unusual activity, suspected fraud, or potential breach of these Terms is identified. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.
• Players must keep their registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — up to date at all times. Outdated contact information may delay identity verification, withdrawal processing, or support communications.

All financial transactions on the ber177 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ber177 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at ber177's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds by the relevant payment provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ber177 account. ber177 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to other individuals, or anonymous payment instruments.

This may include a copy of a valid national identification card (NID), passport, or mobile number ownership confirmation. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Players who attempt to claim a Bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared device environments will have the Bonus voided and may have their account closed.
• Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the Bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. This requirement applies to the Bonus credit only and does not affect withdrawal of separately deposited funds that have already met the one-time deposit wagering requirement.

All bets and game rounds on the ber177 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or betting market, which are available within each game interface or market description. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ber177 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round or live betting event, ber177 will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. Game rounds interrupted before a result is determined may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance at ber177's discretion.
• ber177 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds or stake levels that are the result of a manifest error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
• For cricket and sports betting markets, all settlement decisions are final once results are officially confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). ber177 will not reconsider settlements based on subsequent reviews, appeals, or decisions made by third parties after official result confirmation.
• ber177 operates a maximum payout limit per Player per calendar day. This limit is communicated within each individual market or game and applies regardless of the number of separate bets or game sessions within the same day.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ber177 Platform. ber177 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure — against any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by ber177, including automated betting, data scraping, or artificial manipulation of game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino table games, or peer-to-peer betting formats.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to generate credits, bypass wagering requirements, or manipulate game results. Players who identify a Platform error are required to report it to ber177 support immediately and must not attempt to benefit from it.

• Using the ber177 Platform to facilitate, conceal, or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity, including money laundering or the financing of criminal enterprises.

ber177 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It becomes harmful when it is no longer within a Player's financial and personal control. ber177 provides the following tools directly from the account settings panel to help Players manage their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set limits on the maximum duration of any single gambling session. The Platform will display a notification when the set session limit is approached and will log the Player out automatically upon expiry.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum net loss amount over any defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for a period of time may activate self-exclusion from account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content without the express prior written consent of ber177 or the applicable rights holder.

Game titles, studio names, and associated branding (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the ber177 Platform under licence. Any unauthorised use of these assets outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.

ber177 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ber177.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ber177 may be required to disclose Player information to relevant authorities in connection with lawful requests, fraud investigations, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law and will not be notified to the Player where doing so would prejudice the investigation or legal process in question.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ber177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if ber177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• ber177 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
• ber177's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ber177's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ber177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, ber177 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ber177 may suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement. In the event of termination for cause, any Bonus balances will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of amounts subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ber177 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed to the Player's registered payment method in the normal course.
